How long before I notice anything?
Honestly? The scalp part comes first. Most women tell us it feels calmer within a couple of weeks. For something you can actually see in the mirror, give it three months - that's about one full hair cycle. It's the main reason the 3-month plan is the one most people go with.
Will I shed more at first?
Some women do, for the first few weeks. It looks alarming and it isn't. It settles, usually by the end of week three or four.
Will my hair fall out if I stop using it?
No - this isn't a medication, so there's nothing to come off of. But it is a routine, not a one-time fix. Think of it like your moisturiser: it does its job while you're using it.
Is this safe for my hormones?

Most sensitive scalps get on with it just fine - it's gentle and barely scented. If you've been diagnosed with a scalp condition, send the ingredient list to your dermatologist before you start. We'd rather you check.

I take thyroid or blood pressure medication. Is it okay?
It's a topical scalp serum with no drugs in it. Thinning can also be linked to thyroid levels, iron or medication, so if it started suddenly, it's worth a check-up. Many women do both.
