Subscription Cancellation Policy

You can cancel, pause or skip your Aura Claritas subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee.

How to cancel

Log in to your account and open your subscription, or email us at info@auraclaritas.com and we will do it for you.

When it takes effect

Cancellations apply to future deliveries. To avoid being charged for the next delivery, cancel before your renewal date. You can find your next renewal date in your account and in the reminder email we send before each charge.

Orders already processed

If an order has already been processed or shipped, cancelling your subscription does not automatically refund it. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for return options.

Pausing instead of cancelling

If you simply need more time, you can pause your subscription or skip a single delivery instead of cancelling. Your pricing stays the same when you resume.
